Star Cast: Kangana Ranaut, Soham Shah, Manu Narayan, Aneesha Joshi, Rupinder Nagra, Mark Justice.

Overall Rating: Kangana’s best performance till date with an interesting storyline!

Director: Hansal Mehta

This is an unconventional film which is a treat to watch only if you are able to digest it. Hansal Mehta, after his last film ‘Aligarh’ which was awesome, by the way, is back with a bang with Kangana in ‘Simran’.

Praful Patel (Kangana Ranaut) is an independent room keeper looking to own a house in Atlanta. She has her parents living in the town but wants to live life on her own terms. Facing some family issues, Praful is one of those girls who will make you smile even if her life is a disaster. On a trip to Las Vegas to attend a bachelorette party of her cousin, Praful gets addicted to gambling. This is where the issue starts & this is where the film takes an unconventional route.

A funny movie with her best performance till date by Kangana. Every second she is in the frame, we instantly fall in love with her. She is mind-blowing, outstanding in every frame! The supporting cast forms a good team!

Music of the film is average! Sachin-Jigar have not done a commendable job, but have atleast done a good job. With songs like ‘Lagdi Hai Thaai’, ‘Pinjra’ & ‘Meet’, the album is enjoyable! The BGM make the movie flow very nicely!

Script of the movie is very fresh with new vibes all over the place. Each character of the film is very well written! This movie has a storyline language which only few will understand and digest!

Avoiding all the controversies, watch this film for Kangana’s stellar performance again! Few will like, few won’t. Experience the movie yourself!
